TerpTally does not require an account. We collect only the information needed to keep the site useful and compliant: age-gate confirmation, source-link click events, optional email signups, and routine hosting or security logs.

When you confirm that you are 21 or older, TerpTally stores a cookie named terptally-age-21 with the value yes. It is used only to remember the age-gate choice, expires after 180 days, and is set with SameSite=Lax.

When you open a source menu from TerpTally, we may log the deal ID, store ID, browser user agent, referrer, and country-level location derived by hosting infrastructure. This helps us understand whether source links are useful and whether stores are getting interest.

Click tracking does not store your name, email address, phone number, cart contents, or raw IP address in the click table.

If you subscribe for updates, we store your email address and the page or form source you used. We use that only for TerpTally updates unless a future signup form clearly states a different purpose.

TerpTally is hosted on third-party infrastructure that may keep routine request, security, deployment, and error logs. Those logs help operate the site, investigate abuse, and debug reliability issues.

You can clear the age-gate cookie in your browser settings. If you want an email signup removed, contact the TerpTally team and include the email address you used to subscribe.
