Authorized retailer representatives can ask TerpTally to correct or remove a store or deal. A legal threat is not required.
Send a request
Email takedown@terptally.com. We target an initial response within 24 hours.
What to include
- Dispensary legal name and CRA license number
- The store, deal, or page that should be corrected or removed
- Confirmation that you are authorized to make the request
What happens next
We verify that the requester is authorized, review the named public rows, and can hide affected results while the request is reviewed. We reply with the correction or removal status.
